What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover directly through Echo for U.S. residents only. We also accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and checks through PayPal.
Membership with PayPal is free.
You may also pay by money order or personal check. When paying by personal check, we must allow time for the check to clear before we can ship. When you go through the checkout process, your order will be forwarded to us.
You may print the order form and send it, along with your check or money order to the address on our contact page. Please call us if you have any questions.
Is it save to give my payment information online?
Your privacy and safety is important to us. Our shopping cart is on a secure server with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to secure credit card data. SSL is an industry standard and highly secure.
Information is transmitted to our card processing company via a secure gateway using 128 bit data encryption to protect the data in transit.
If you communicate with us by e-mail, do not include any sensitive personal information, since e-mail is not secure.
How do I make an online payment?
Once you select items by clicking the order button, the cart keeps track of the sales.
Upon checkout, you can choose PayPal, Echo or call us. Clicking PayPal will go directly to PayPal's site. Clicking Echo will allow you to fill out the form and choose your payment.
Please read your order confirmation email for total amount. We chose to send the email before you complete your online transaction to reduce identity theft and allow you to make any last minute changes.
Can I place an order directly?
Yes. If you prefer to speak with us by telephone, email or mail instead of using the shopping cart, you may do so. We can process credit cards by phone and accept money orders by mail.
Checks and money orders are made payable to Fountains, Decor and More. Any bad checks will incur a fee of $35. Your order will not be shipped until the order total and the fee is paid.
Can I put my order on layaway?
Yes. You can layaway items over $500. Contact us for payment arrangements.
Your order will not be shipped until the order is paid in full.
Do I get a copy of my order?
Yes. If you print your order page after Checkout but before Send Order, you will have a copy of your order form.
You will receive a confirmation email from us. We receive a copy of your order. We receive a second email from Echo or PayPal once you complete your online payment.
If you chose to pay offline (by telephone or mail), please tell us in the Additional Instructions or comments. If you place an order, but do not choose a payment, please contact us to cancel the order.
We may contact you to confirm your order.
Do I have to shipping fees?
We offer free shipping for items that cost at least $50, though additional shipping fees may be included. We will notify you as shipping may be based on weight or location.
For each item under $50, there is a shipping fee of $5.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Because we are in Colorado, residents of Colorado pay 4.3% sales tax.
Did you charge me sales tax when I am not from Colorado?
The shopping cart shows the sales tax for everyone, but recalculates the tax after you checkout and provide your information.
This is when the cart knows whether or not you owe tax. The final total will only charge tax to residents of Colorado.
Why won't the shopping cart show my changes?
If you hit the Back button in the browser, you will undo the last change made to the shopping cart. Please use the Back link on the webpage instead.
What is the two-letter state code for my US state?
Please select the appropriate US state code from the list.

Will you accept orders outside of the United States or Canada?
We are unable to provide affordable shipping arrangements at this time.
If you order from outside these countries, we can ship to a location in the United States or Canada.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Your order will be placed when payment is received. Your order will be sent as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 10 to 14 days unless otherwise noted.
How can I return an item?
You must contact us for return authorization approval. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items unless the item is damaged.
